Holwell holistic yoga retreat

Yogastarr has discovered this little gem tucked away just 10 miles inland from the stunning Devon beaches including Woolacombe and Lee Bay. Situated in Barnstaple, Holwell Holistic Retreat is located within 8 miles of Exmoor National Park and the South West coast path and a 15 minute drive to Combe Martin. A serene farmstead steeped in history and character set within 5 acres of woodland and orchards for you to walk around, an organic vegetable garden, private yoga studio, holistic therapy room, and wild and wonderful grounds including a sauna and firepit. For the adventurer within you there is an opportunity to go hiking, kayaking or stand up paddle boarding. You do not need to be an experienced yogi to join the retreat.

Investment & Booking

6 yoga sessions – morning embodied Yogastarr sessions to enliven the senses and increase the flow of prana for the day (2 hrs) plus slow evening practice to nourish the body along with relaxation and breathing techniques (1.5 hrs).

There will be chance for discussion around the underpinning philosophy of yoga and how it spills off the mat into our daily lives.

Delicious Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner – our wonderful holistic chefs create delicious vegan and vegetarian dishes using local produce with an option of eggs from the farm chickens.

Arrival – 3.30pm Friday, departing 1pm Monday

Simple and Elegant sleeping quarters

There are a mixture of comfortable twin, king-size and double rooms and one triple. Most of which are en-suite and bath towels are provided.
